Our Detailed Ring Design Process

Step 1: Upload Logo
Once your Design and Mold order is placed, your personal Ring-Master will reach out to you, via text, to begin the design process.

Step 2: Initial Design Ideas
Your Ring-Master will take your ideas and assign a team of designers to the project. That Ring design team brainstorms ideas and creates a mock-up that your Ring-Master will share with you.
You will typically receive your mock-up the next business day. However, please allow us up to 2 - 3 business days in our busy season(s).

Step 3: Customer Feedback & Revisions
You have unlimited rounds of design revisions to ensure you will receive your Ring exactly as how you envisioned. Typically, a project will go through 1 or 2 rounds of changes before the mock-up is perfect.

Step 4: A Ring Mold Is Created
Once you are completely satisfied with your ring design mock up, and approve the design, our team will create a mold of your unique design. And now your Ring is ready for production!

Step 5: Place Order
Your Ring-Master will reach out to determine the quantity of Rings you will need.
After you place your quantity order, your Ring-Master will keep in touch, sharing the progress being made on your order. They will send pictures and updates as production evolves.
The production turnaround time is typically 15 – 25 days. Delivery is an additional 5 – 7 days.

Step 6: Receive Rings and Celebrate!
Your Ring-Master will give you all necessary tracking information when your Rings ship.
They will also check in with you after we get notice they have been delivered to confirm your Rings are even better than you expected them to be.
