Design Fee

The $149 Design Fee is non-refundable once your order is placed. This fee covers the cost of creating a custom design specific to your organization. Because this work begins immediately upon payment, refunds are not available for the Design Fee.

Custom Ring Orders

All championship rings are custom manufactured to your specifications. Because each order is made to order with your organization's logo, colors, and details, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on completed ring orders.

Design Approval

You will have the opportunity to review and approve your ring design before production begins. No ring production charges are applied until you have approved the final design. Once you approve the design and production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your rings arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@999championshiprings.com or (978) 351-7277. We will replace any defective rings at no additional cost. Please include photos of the issue when contacting us.

Cancellations

• Before design approval: You may cancel your ring order at any time before approving the final design. The Design Fee is non-refundable.
• After design approval: Orders cannot be canceled once the design is approved and production has begun.
